Our small-group workshops are teacher-chosen, meaning educators opt in based on their own needs and interest. These sessions are designed to create real impact through a practical, solution-focused approach.
Participants explore their current challenges, how these are showing up in their day-to-day experience, and what they can do to support themselves. They walk away with practical tools to reduce stress, build resilience, and improve their work/life balance—supporting not just professional wellbeing but personal wellbeing too. We offer two workshop options:
Educator Wellbeing Workshop
This workshop is designed for educators who want to reset and re-centre. Using polyvagal theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), participants explore how they respond to stress and how this impacts their daily life. They learn to name what’s hard, recognise how it’s showing up in their body and mind, and access simple strategies to navigate the demands of the role more sustainably. With a focus on stress recovery, boundaries, and everyday wellbeing practices, this session equips teachers with tools to reduce overwhelm, build resilience, and reclaim a sense of purpose and energy—both at work and at home.
Nervous System Regulation
This session is for educators ready to go deeper in understanding how stress lives in the body—and what to do about it. They will explore how the nervous system responds to challenge and how that impacts clarity, connection, and capacity. Participants are guided through evidence-based tools—like breathwork, grounding, and gentle movement—that support nervous system regulation in real time. Whether it’s burnout, anxiety, or just a constant sense of tension, this workshop helps educators shift from reactivity to regulation, building long-term emotional steadiness and wellbeing.
