Black Background

This one-hour session supports school staff to better understand their own stress responses using the Window of Tolerance model. Staff will explore how the nervous system reacts under pressure and how that impacts focus, behaviour, relationships, and energy in a school setting. Using practical, evidence-based tools drawn from Polyvagal Theory, ACT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, this session introduces simple strategies—such as breathwork, movement, and emotional check-ins—that can be used throughout the school day. Staff will walk away with greater self-awareness, tools to manage stress in real-time, and strategies to maintain calm and connection in the classroom and beyond.

Stress and the

Window of Tolerance

Black Background

This one-hour session explores the science behind what helps humans feel well, function well, and stay connected to purpose—especially in high-stress environments like schools. Drawing on the latest research in positive psychology, neuroscience, and behavioural science, staff will learn the key pillars of wellbeing, including emotional regulation, relationships, mindset, and meaning. The session introduces evidence-based practices that are practical, achievable, and grounded in real-world challenges. Staff will leave with a deeper understanding of how wellbeing works at a biological and psychological level—and simple, impactful strategies they can begin using immediately to enhance personal and collective wellbeing across the school community.

The Science of Wellbeing

Black Background

This one-hour session gives school staff a clear and compassionate understanding of burnout—what it is, how it develops, and why it’s so common in caring professions. Using current research and relatable examples, the session explores the physical, emotional, and behavioural signs of burnout, and how it differs from everyday stress. Staff will also learn practical strategies to build resilience, reconnect with purpose, and protect their energy throughout the school year. With a focus on sustainable wellbeing, this session empowers educators to notice the warning signs early and take small, evidence-informed actions that support long-term health and professional fulfilment.

Understanding Burnout and

Building Resilience

Black Background

This one-hour session equips school staff with practical tools to navigate workplace conflict with greater confidence and clarity. Conflict is a natural part of working in teams—especially in high-pressure environments like schools—but when left unaddressed, it can impact wellbeing, morale, and culture. Using a solution-focused lens, the session explores common causes of conflict, how to recognise our own responses, and strategies for staying grounded and respectful during difficult conversations. Staff will learn how to shift from reactivity to curiosity, and walk away with simple, effective approaches to communicate needs, manage tensions, and build stronger, more resilient working relationships.

Navigating Workplace Conflict

Black Background

This one-hour session helps school staff understand the impact of compassion fatigue—the emotional and physical exhaustion that can result from consistently caring for others. Educators are often deeply invested in their students' wellbeing, which can lead to depletion over time. This session explores how compassion fatigue differs from burnout, what signs to look out for, and how to respond with care rather than criticism. Staff will learn evidence-based strategies to replenish emotional energy, set healthy boundaries, and build emotional resilience, so they can continue to support others without compromising their own wellbeing.

In fast-paced school environments, it's easy to operate in survival mode—this session offers a pause. Staff will explore how mindful awareness and intentional breathing influence the nervous system, support emotional regulation, and improve overall mental clarity. With guided practice and practical takeaways, this session equips educators with techniques they can use anytime—between classes, before meetings, or during challenging moments—to stay grounded and present.
