Terms and Conditions

Scope of Services and Expectations

All services, including workshops, consultancy, and partnership work, are guided by an agreed scope outlined prior to delivery. Where organisations require tailored outcomes, an initial consultation is recommended to ensure alignment. Any feedback regarding proposed delivery must be provided within 48 hours of receiving the outlined plan so that adjustments can be made where appropriate.

Partnership and Ongoing Services

For schools and organisations engaging in ongoing partnerships, services are delivered across an agreed timeframe and structure. This may include workshops, online program access, surveys, and consultation. Adjustments to delivery within this period can be discussed, however the overall scope and investment remain as agreed at the commencement of the partnership.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 5 business days prior to a scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours to 5 days will incur a 50 percent fee. Cancellations within 48 hours or non attendance are non refundable.

Where possible, rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of the facilitator.

If a service is cancelled by The Balance Collective and cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be provided.

Group Booking Confirmation

Final participant numbers must be confirmed at least one week prior to delivery. This ensures appropriate preparation and resourcing. Reductions in numbers after this point will not result in a reduction of fees.

Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue or prior to delivery, whichever comes first. For partnerships or larger engagements, staged payment schedules may be agreed in advance. Failure to meet payment terms may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Online Programs and Digital Access

Access to online programs is provided for the duration outlined at the time of enrolment or partnership agreement. Access is granted to the individual or organisation and must not be shared externally. All program content remains the intellectual property of The Balance Collective and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used beyond its intended purpose.

Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and content delivered as part of any service remain the intellectual property of The Balance Collective. These are provided for internal use within the engaging organisation only and are not to be shared, reproduced, or delivered externally without written consent.

Wellbeing and Duty of Care

Services are designed to support the development of wellbeing, self awareness, and emotional regulation. While care is taken to create psychologically safe environments, participants may experience emotional responses as part of this work.

These services do not replace individual therapeutic or clinical support. Participants are encouraged to seek additional support where needed.

Physical Participation

Any physical or movement based activities are optional and undertaken at the participant’s discretion. Participants are responsible for informing facilitators of any relevant health considerations.

Limitation of Liability

The Balance Collective is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in services. All reasonable care is taken in delivery, however outcomes may vary based on individual and organisational factors.
